The nicest thing about having a Diabetic Alert Dog...... Here we are, watching a movie (its late). Olivia falls asleep. I look over at her, I don't have to panic and wonder if she is actually falling into a coma due to low blood sugar, because I look at Gracie... she is resting quietly on her bed. She would not be that way if Olivia was out of range. No panic, no heart stops, no fear, no dread ... nice. Thank you Dee Bogetti and Warren Retrievers :o)

Just thought you would like to hear Olivia's prayer tonight. She said "Thank God for making Dee and for making her become a dog trainer so that our dog doesn't bite us". She had nothing else that she wanted to say. Thought I would tell you this time, since she has said this before! She has always looked forward to you coming!

Thanks so much for the outstanding training you gave my grand-dog, Bailey AND my daughter, Cari! I believe one-on-one [training] can't be beat (with the right trainer, of course) and especially in the dog's own environment. We could see that the more Cari worked with Bailey between your visits, the more he improved.  Cari is giving him more and more training now and Bailey loves it. The foundation you gave him was a critical starting point. What you embedded in Bailey was a clear understanding that Cari must continually reinforce from now on. Learning and expanding will never stop and I am confident it will be done the right way now, after your guidance. Linda W.

Dee is an amazing trainer doing everything from service dog work to helping train the family pet. I've worked with Dee in helping me train my 8 year old Lab to therapy dog work and she's amazing ... Richmond's own dog whisperer! She has tremendous skills and helps address behavior issues with creative solutions. You will not be disappointed in the results of you and your dog(s) spending time with Dee.

Let me tell you about the whistle recall & Jack!! I let him out with his long line attached, but I did not pick up the end and we headed down to where the agility area used to be. He was his usual silly self, running around chasing my feet. I looked back at the kennel because the Jack Russell was raising a ruckus about  something. No more than a few seconds went by before I looked back around for Jack and he was high tailing across the field towards the old burn pile. Now, as you know, you do not go running after a Border Collie. For one thing humans don't run that fast and the other thing is you have now started the "Chase Game." No winning that one. I looked down at my wrist, at the whistle hanging from it and thought "here goes nothing." I blew a short blast. Jack heard it, spun around and came back, flying low across the field. He was greeted with lots of whoops and cheering plus plenty of cheese. So I can say it works!! Thanks so much, Dee, for teaching us this great cue!! Stephanie C.

Thank you so much again for working with Camden (and with me). You have shown me how obedient Cammie can be and given me tools to know how to reinforce good behavior and how to handle bad behavior, especially barking. She is a different girl. Dena S.

Dee worked with me and my shy/anxious German Shepherd Dog both in training classes as well as one on one. Dee's personality, patience, and obvious love for dogs were a perfect fit for us. Not only did her training techniques and expertise help Ozzy become a more confident dog, but they helped me become a much more competent and confident handler. Dee's enthusiasm is contagious and the dogs feel it. Ozzy and I LOVED working with Dee! Laurel H.

I own Rottweilers and training them is essential. Dee knows this breed better than I do! Dee was a God send when I came across her. Everywhere she goes I try to follow her. Because she is so good and her expertise is better than any trainer I've ever met, I will not use another trainer if she's not available. I have tried others and no one can work with the Rottweiler breed as well as Dee. She uses positive training, no old school hitting or harsh corrections, which scares dogs making them harder to train. Not only have I come to love Dee, but my Rottie Lucas adores her as well. I was late training Lucas due to medical problems and she made a completely different dog out of my boy with great manners. Thank you Dee and I am looking forward to our training sessions with my youngest. He's sweet, mellow, but lazy. LOL But he is highly food motivated so that should help. Anyone who is thinking about using Dee would be wise to do so. It's money well spent and you will have a much better dog. Sandi B.
